We went from four RAH board members to eleven. (Director of Public Relations is still open). We have a very active Board who all work well together striving to create a positive culture and safe environment for youth sports.
Purchased a Ventrac Professional Ballpark Groomer and Renovator to elevate the image and quality of the fields, and to significantly reduce field prep time.
Hired a Field Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of preparing the fields and to supervise the field crew.
Contracted with Big Al's Training and Development Center to provide the coaches with the tools to become better coaches.
Hosting a coaches clinic
Secured additional gym time from Highland to have more indoor practices
Secured five Field sponsors for the 2020 and 2021 seasons: Thank you again to Amanda Pfahl, North Gateway Tire, Landry Family Dentistry, Pfister, Orthodontics, SecuriTec. 
Collaborated with the Highland High School varsity softball team to host a softball skills clinic for RAH softball players. HHS baseball and travel baseball also working together.
Collaborated with Hinckley Twp and applied for a grant to replace the stadium lights at Amanda Pfahl field (Kobak 1).
Added the Highland youth travel boys basketball program to RAH.  
Partnered with Positive Coaching Alliance to grow as a leadership board, help coaches increase their focus on using sports to teach life lessons and character development, and build a more positive culture for the youth of the Highland Community.
