In-House Instructional League that permits growth in positions, rules and game play with added emphasis on competition while facing first or second season pitchers. Players must be 9 or 10 (as of April 30th of the current year) to play in the Minors League.  Players competing in this league will be drafted by coaches based on evaluation scores in order to keep a competitive balance within the league.  Any request to play up from Rookie Division must be approved by Baseball Director after an evaluation.  Games are Highland vs. Highland.
 
Season Information:
- Registration will be open in early January.
 - Player Evaluations will be conducted in early March
 - The season runs from mid-April to mid-July.
 - Games will begin in early May.
 - Cost is $170 per player.
 - Games are played weekly and could be scheduled on weeknights and Saturdays.
 - Practice is based on field and coach availability and will be scheduled on a team by team basis.
 - Uniforms: RAH will provide each player with a team shirt and a hat.
 - Team equipment supplied by RAH: helmets, baseballs, and catchers' gear to be shared with team.
 - Required player equipment: glove, baseball pants, and athletic cleats
 - Optional player equipment: personal helmet and bat
