How it works (quick steps)

1. Open the Exchange
   Click the link above to access our shared Google Sheet.

2. Post an item to sell
   Add the item name, size, brand/model, condition, and asking price. Include your name and phone number so buyers can contact you.

3. Browse & Buy
   Looking for gear? Scan the listings. If you see something you want, text the seller, agree on a price, and choose a local pickup spot.

4. Meet up locally
   Exchange the item—no fees, no shipping. Just Highland families helping Highland families.

Who can use it?

All Highland Youth Sports families: Travel Baseball, Rec Baseball, Travel Softball, and Rec Softball.

What can be listed?

• Bats (youth, BBCOR), gloves (all positions, including first base), catcher’s gear, helmets, bags, cleats (clean, good condition), training aids, sliding mitts, and other essential equipment in safe, usable condition.

Simple guidelines

• Be accurate: List true sizes, models, and honest condition (e.g., like new, light wear, well-used).

• Safety first: Do not list cracked bats or damaged protective gear.

• Be responsive & courteous: Reply to messages promptly; arrange meetups at mutually convenient, public locations (e.g., the fields or clubhouse).

• Payments: Cash, Venmo, or method agreed upon by buyer and seller.

• Rehoming good gear that your player will no longer use for that Sport.

Is there a fee to list or buy?
No. The Exchange is free for our community.

How do I make a purchase?
All sales are buyer/seller arranged. Please inspect items at pickup and complete the sale only when both parties are satisfied.

Can I list non-baseball items?
Please limit listings to baseball/softball gear and accessories.

What if my item sells?
Kindly mark it as SOLD or remove your row so the sheet stays up to date.
